I’m not really sure what I have eaten today, but I think it was around 2 bowls of cereal, a banana, stir fry veggies, collard greens, quinoa, blah blah…
But anyway, I completed my first day of INSANITY - again. The Fit Test. It kicked my butt, as per usual. Anyway… I should finish the entire program by my 23rd birthday. HECK. EFFING. YES.
My first pageant is on June 9th so that means I will have completed 3 weeks of the Insanity program which means I’m going to be much more svelte by then. My second pageant is on June 13th and I will have completed 8 weeks of the Insanity program. Girllllll my body is going to be pressed!!!!!! YAHHHHHSSSSSSS lol
Anyway, have a great night and i will do my best to get food pictures on here tomorrow! *muah*

I just ordered Insanity from a seller on Amazon.com … I am soo excited! Insanity was on youtube but it got removed (of course) so I just went ahead and purchased it. I will be starting this workout tomorrow since Aunt Flow decided to come today (bummerrrrrrr)!!!!

So I have restarted my “healthy journey” countdown, mainly because I have TOTALLY forgotten where I was in the days lol *shrugs*
Today, I ate: 1 banana, 1 apple, 1/2 of a Philly pita (omg it was so good yall), 2 two inch squares of homemade banana bread, 1 quart of water
That was about it… lol
Anyway, tomorrow I should have pics and all that good stuff up for yall :)
So, I know I’ve been the worst blogger so far of 2013 (haven’t been keeping stuff updated on ANY of my blogs - bummer) but I will be making a comeback - never fear! lol
Today, I completed Day 1: The FIT Test of Insanity. It was only 25 minutes but it definitely kicked my butt from the warm up all the way through the cool down. Jesus…
After this first week of Insanity, I will take an after picture and see where I am since I haven’t done a Sunday Weigh-In in GOD knows how long. Smh!!
Anyway, so far today I have eaten: (no pics right now - just got a new phone! yay!)
1) 2 apples
2) granola bar
3) 2 egg omelet with onions/shrooms/kale/bell ppr/cucumber/toms
4) handful of raisins
I guess honestly I just haven’t been feeling the motivation to get up and going…but then I took a look at my Vision Board when I woke up this morning and it suddenly reignited my vision of success that I have in my head.
How do YALL stay motivated?

Here are my meals from yesterday (Breakfast to Dinner). For lunch, I had 2 granola bars and 1 apple.
Just in case anyone is wondering, the Napa Chicken from Applebee’s has 12g of fat, 55 g of protein, and 445 calories. Not bad, overall.
No exercise yesterday- had to travel out of state.
2 quarts of water!!
I won’t be posting any pics today until later tonight because I am going to be in another state all day for a gig. Wish me luck!
Here’s the last post for today :) This is a snapshot of my workout that I have started doing now. It is the Jessica Simpson’s “Daisy Dukes” workout. The workout is about 2 hours long and I ended up running about 2.5 miles today which is pretty much DOUBLE what I usually run. Thankfully, these runs are all broken up as you can see in the above picture.
My legs and arms felt like jelly after this workout but I think it’s all going to be worth it. :)
